Dr. Christian Berghoff studied mathematics in Göttingen, Paris and Bonn. 

Since receiving his doctorate in 2017, he has been working as a consultant at the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), where he investigates the IT security aspects of new technologies. 
In this context, he has worked intensively on the topics of blockchain/DLT as well as artificial intelligence (AI). 
He is co-author of various scientific articles and assessments of the BSI in the field of AI and IT security and member of international committees at ETSI and ENISA.
