Alexandra works for the German Bundestag in the IuK Commission and advises the youngest Green politician on feminist, digital policy issues.

After completing her master's thesis on the ethical dimensions focusing on fairness of AI law and publishing on the risk of facial recognition software in the US and EU, she started working in an ethical AI consultancy. After recognizing the lack of human rights protections in the digital context in companies and the need for inclusive AI regulation, she co-founded the think tank FemAI - Center for Feminist Artificial Intelligence to bridge the gap between companies, policy makers, researchers and civil society.
