Kerstin Lenk is a tenure track professor at TU Graz, Austria. In the past, she received an Academy of Finland Postdoctoral Fellowship for the project “Simulation of local calcium dynamics in human single cell astrocytes and neuron-astrocyte networks” (2018-2021).

She is interested in computational modeling and analyzing the calcium signalling of single astrocytes and neuron-astrocyte networks. Moreover, she investigates RNA-Seq data from hPSC derived neurons and astrocytes.
